Let’s get real, managing natural hair can sometimes feel like a headache. From growth to shrinkage to dryness, it can make you so frustrated. And with black women, our hair is our pride! Our hair and especially our edges are very important (well to me at least.) The natural hair community has come so far in educating us and creating amazing products to help us take proper care of our hair. So, today, I will be talking about the Edge Naturale Follicle Enhancer. I have previously written a review about this cream but, I did promise a follow-up so, here are 3 reasons why you should buy the Edge Naturale Follicle Enhancer.
The Edge Naturale Follocle Enhancer is a natural cream that is meant to repair and regrow your edges. Due to a lot of (tight) protective styling, a lot of women have damage in that area. This product helps with restoring the hair follicles and letting it grow fully. I have always had good edges, they just shrink up like crazy! I have kinky, 4C hair, meaning that my hair shrinks up like a cotton ball and takes a lot of work to style. My edges always look like twisted up curls when they’re not slicked down but I have seen a difference since using this product!
I normally keep my hair in protective styles, wash twice a month, and moisturize weekly. I like having a good, simple routine with great products and with this, I can moisturize my edges and parts of my hair

- It’s Lightweight
I don’t like heavy, thick creams because it feels like it just swallows up my hair. I like products that are going to be enough to spread around while still leaving my hair feeling soft and moisturized. I think people associate the density of a product to how well.
It will work. It doesn’t need to be thick and gooey to be good. I can easily dab my finger in the bottle and glide it across my edges and there won’t be a ton of product sitting on my hair or my finger. The bottle is also small and is easily moveable. You don’t have to empty some into a travel container to get it around.
- It’s Stimulating
This product has peppermint in it and it is so stimulating! The peppermint feels like it is penetrating your scalp when you first apply it. I love when I can feel the product in my hair because it makes me feel like it is working! I honestly remember to put this product on simply because of the feeling it gives me. You can feel it working in your hair.
- It’s Not Just For Edges
Lastly, this product isn’t just for edges! I know it says that it is for your edges but, I put it all over my scalp! I definitely think that it has helped in my hair growth. Since a lot of my products are still stuck in Spain, I bought a few replacement items and the follicle enhancer has been the number one product that I’ve been using since being home. My hair has been growing and I definitely believe that this product plays a role in it. I part my hair and spread it across my scalp and it feels amazing!
