This year, I wanted to make my space look nice and festive. With the state of world right now, being in a holly, jolly, Christmas spirit is such a wonderful feeling It helps me to stay positive. As some of you may know, I moved back home from Spain and for the time being am living in the attic; which is a full apartment. This is literally my first time living by myself (kind of) and I am living for it. Since I’m getting married next summer and moving in with my soon to be husband, this is my last chance to enjoy my own company. So decorate for Christmas with me and see how I made my space look festive. ‘
I didn’t go all out like most people with an entire Christmas village, I just stuck to lights, garland, a few knick-knacks, and 4 trees. Yes, I said 4 trees. Chrisitan and his parents had a ton of old decorations so of course, I said yes to taking them. This post is more of a slideshow so enjoy the photos!
On my tv stand, I put some candles, a mini tree, and a marigold round ornament!
By this window, I have my little window sill nook, where normally, I have a diffuser, some pillows, and a magazine but for Christmas, I switched the pillows out for Christmas ones and the magazine for a holiday book I have.
On my bookshelf, I keep plants and little sayings and for this one, I put a garland and bells on it with these cute engagement hearts!
On my record player table, I added a little small garland.
On the windows, I hung lights, garland, and a cute little snowman signage,
Lastly, I have this little area next to my rocking chair. I always have this little picture of myself that my sister made for me and I added this cute winter sign!
