Hello, beautiful people! If you’ve noticed, I have been taking a slight break from blogging. Number one, the world is in shambles, and number two, I am in the process of moving back to the US! Exciting.
However, even though I haven’t been posting blog posts, I have been brewing. After completing the LadyBossBlogger course, it truly inspired me to take my blog to higher levels and since I am moving back home, it’s the perfect time for a rebrand.
Growing As An Influencer
While I’ve been creating a business with LadyBossBlogger, my main focus has been gaining more traffic and followers on Instagram.
Instagram (in my opinion) is the biggest social media platform and almost everyone around the world has an account, even if they’re not active.
The course talks about how to make your Instagram more appealing, how to use hashtags, how to connect, and much more that we as influencers can do to make our accounts stand out and, it has worked!
My Results From The Course
My goal before summer was to hit 1,000 followers and I have! This is honestly due to the fact that I took the course’s tips seriously. I began to follow other bloggers in my niche, as well as commented on posts (I never really used to) and, I learned the proper ways to use hashtags.
My follower count went from 999 followers to 1,010 in two days! That’s crazy and I never would’ve reached that goal without taking this course.
After gaining these followers, I started to practice audience engagement, by posting more blog related content and BTS to my stories while making my captions more conversational. People love to connect and asking them a question in your caption is a great start.
On top of gaining new followers, I actually had a brand reach out to me! This brand contacted me because they came across my account due to my new engagement levels. If I never took this course and learned these tricks, I would’ve never gotten that email because my numbers would’ve been low.
