5 Beauty Must-Haves For Traveling

5 Beauty Must-Haves For Traveling

My everyday essentials when it comes to beauty isn’t that much. I don’t do a full face of makeup, only lipstick, and eyebrows and as long as I have my moisturizer and face wash, I’m good! So, I’m sharing my 5 Beauty Must-Haves For Traveling.

But, when I am traveling (especially going on a flight,) I like to make sure I have my necessities because honestly, your travel routine is different than your everyday routine.

You mostly have travel items and less time to yourself so, you may need quick items to get the job done.

One: Eyebrow

My eyebrows are probably my second favorite feature after my lips, which means I love making sure they look good. They’re, thick and have a nice shape which allow me to easily brush and fill them in and I can honestly leave the house just like that.

Doing your brows truly does shape your face and allow you to get away with not wearing makeup and it is so easy to get done. It saves you time getting ready and gives you more time to enjoy your trip!

I use Elf’s eyebrow pencil!

Two: Face Mask

Face Masks are life savers.. When I went to London and our luggage was held up in Boston, I cried. I couldn’t wash my face or moisturize it!!! But then, life shone a light over my backpack and made me remember that I had put my 5 in one face mask travel grid in my backpack! I was then able to cleanse, tone, do a face mask and moisturize, using them little by little until our luggage arrived.

Also, I always feel like my skin is a little dry and taught after a flight and feel the need to deeply clean it. Face masks come in handy for those post long flights.

My favorite mask is the Indian Clay!

Three: Wipes

When traveling, you’re going to be more tired than normal which can affect the way you do your skincare routine. For one, If I decide to go to a nice dinner and do a full face, I’m going to make sure I have wipes handy because a night out in a different city means a late night.

You’re going to get back to your hotel exhausted and may just plop on the bed. In this scenario, a face wipe can come in handy while you laze on the bed or end up falling asleep. At least your face won’t be 100% disgusting in the morning.

Four: Hand Cream

Hands get dry sooo fast and when mine do, my skin peels a little. I hate it but, when I’m at home, its easier to control and deal with but imagine that on vacation?

Always pack a little tube of hand cream because who has the time to track down a drugstore when you’re trying to sight see? Not me.

Five: Lipstick and Chapstick

This is also like eyebrow pencils for me. I love my lips and wearing lipstick so, I definitely always make sure I pack a tube wherever I go. They’re definitely an everyday essential and fashion “staple” for me.

Chapstick is equally as an important because I don’t need dry, irritated lips.

And those are my 5 beauty must-haves! What are yours? Leave a comment. Check out my skincare routine here!
