Fashionable Black Dress Look Under $20 -

I haven’t done a fashion post in sooo long! Funny, my blog is supposed to be mainly fashion but, ya girl hasn’t really been going anywhere. This means I haven’t been dressing up as much but, today I did. Here is a fashionable black dress look under $20!

Mostly, it’s work and random outings. Lowkey, since I’ve been a language assistant, I’ve dressed down coming into the school. I don’t know why but, I feel like I should just be casually and professionally dressed.

It’s not like there’s a dress code or anything but, I don’t know…I feel like I should always look appropriate and put together. Maybe society is getting to me.

But, with my random outings, I still try to channel my inner fashionista. This outfit was a nice basic “running errands” one that I truly did like. You know me, I love my basics and blacks. Though, I am trying to add some color to my wardrobe this upcoming year….

Anyways, let’s get into the post!

So, I got this dress from Lefties. It’s a store here in Madrid that’s sort of like a Forever 21 but with an H&M vibe. It’s a cute, cheap store that has a lot of different items and it’s literally a 6-minute walk from my apartment.

My sunglasses are also a steal from lefties; costing me only 1,50€. Hashtag bargain shopper. I actually left my favorite pair of sunglasses in Boston so I was desperately on the hunt for a new pair.

My fanny pack is from Primark and it is one of my favs! I love the red and simply just the style of the bag itself. Sometimes I unloop the belt part and just wear the bag as is.

The shoes I wore were a pair of basic white dad sneakers that I got from Primark. Hashtag chunky shoe trend. It’s actually pretty popular here in Madrid and quite comfortable.

Lastly, I filled in my brows with my favorite ELF brow pencil. I got it from CVS before I left Boston and it cost about $3.00! My lipstick is from Colourpop and its my go to. I’ve had it for so long and the name has scratched off lol. My everyday makeup look consists of filling in my brows and lipstick.
