3 Stylish Sweater Dress Outfit Ideas For Women

Sweater dresses are one of my favorite closet pieces and they’re perfect for the winter. Winter outfits shouldn’t all be sweaters, jeans and being bundled up everyday. We should all have that one day of the week where we can look cute and brace the cold!

They’re one of my favorites because they’re cute, warm and you can wear it casually or dress it up. I love fill my closet with pieces that I can wear in multiple ways and not just keep buying and buying.

My personal favorite way to wear sweater dresses are with sneakers or boots, and making it look streetwear. Since most of them are tight, I like to add a little casualty to it! I love mixing oversized and tight.

So, this post is to give you some inspo and 3 sweater dress outfit ideas!

Outfit One 

I love this dress! I got it from Primark and it’s warm and comfortable. I don’t feel restricted and it’s great for when you’re out and about.
I wore it when I was on vacation, and it was perfect for walking around. I paired it with my adidas and I ended up switching my bag for a fanny pack since I was out exploring but, it still looked great!

This is definitely a nice exploring fit.

I actually wrote a post on this look, which you can here! As I’ve said before, this is the perfect closet staple that you can style in a ton of ways. With this look, I was simply running errands but wanted to look cute and comfortable.

Outfit Three

I was going for a nice sweater and fitted skirt look but didn’t have any warm enough skirts! So, what do you do? Improvise!

I put on the dress, scrunched it at my hips, wrapped the sleeves around my waist, put on the sweater and Fanny pack and wrapped and folded everything into the Fanny pack. Voila! It perfectly worked and lasted all day!
